1. All your order, shopping, payment and shipping details you enter through our website are secure and safe. However, we cannot be held liable if your data is made available to another party while you are accessing our website.
2. After you have selected your order, entered your preferred shipping address, all charges payable including shipping and delivery, will be notified to you at checkout.
3. All return and refund shipping charges are payable by yourself. We will arrange our shipping agent to collect your item for return and the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. Please note that an exchange and refund process may take up 14 days from the date the item has been returned to our office/retail store.
5. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you select at the time of checkout.
6. Our shipping agent FedEx will contact you before delivering your order to confirm the time and location of delivery.
7. If we cannot deliver to the address mentioned by you, we will contact you as soon as possible to see another option, or collection from our store.
8. Once the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for the Jewelry for all risks of lost items or damage suffered.
