Your Acceptance:
Our terms and condition apply to all visitors, account holders, users and others who wish to access or use the website. You are bound to accept our website terms and condition to use or browse through our site. Your access to use our website in any way, for any information, content, or images will be denied if you disagree of have a dispute with any part of our Terms and Condition.
Exchange:
AK Jewels follows a strict 14 days exchange policy. At the day you receive your order and for any genuine reason you are not satisfied with your order we will exchange your item or issue a credit note to be used within 14 days of your original purchase. To process any exchange we require the following:
1. Original sales receipt
2. Item in its original condition, unworn, undamaged with the barcode/tags attached to the item.
3. Item to be packed back into its original packaging as received.
4. Item must be returned at any of our stores in the United Arab Emirates.
5. Items should be returned back to our stores in UAE within 24 hours from the date of receipt of item.
However, exchanges and store credits will not be permitted after 14 days. No refund will be allowed on any purchase from our website.
If we detect that any item has been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for exchange or store credit unless determined defective. This is subject to assessment of the item by our team. All items pre-ordered via specifications, customised to personal preference will not be allowed any exchange.

Shipment:
We can deliver your order to any address within the United Arab Emirates within 3-7 Business working days. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.
Repairs:
We also offer repair services for items purchased from our website. For all repairs, please bring your item to our retail stores in Dubai, and we can repair your items as below:
1. Free repair for any damage for the first time brought to our stores.
2. The customer will pay a nominal charge for items brought for repairs after the first time.
3. It is repair requires additional metal (Gold/Silver/Diamonds), the customer will have to pay the charge for this additional cost.
Accounts:
While registering your account with us, you guarantee that the information you have provided us is accurate, honest and complete. If it is suspected that the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, then this will lead to termination of your account on the website with immediate effect.
The confidentiality of your account user details, passwords etc is entirely your responsibility. You can access your account from any device provided the login details are accurately entered. According to this policy all activity and actions occurred on your account whilst you are logged in is your responsibility. If your suspect any unauthorised access made to your account or any kind of tamper, please notify us immediately so we can help you be restricting the use of your account further on. Your account details and specially your username should not be offensive, obscene or insulting any person, political territory or religion.
AK Jewels reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content on your account, or cancel orders at the management’s sole discretion.
All account holders must be above the age of 18, and not allowed to have duplicate accounts under the same name and email address.
Pricing Policy:
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season, using existing currency exchange rates. The rates are subject to variation and may go up or down; therefore prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order are accepted or the items are markdown at any time during the selling period. AK Jewels uses United Arab Emirates Dirham as the currency on our website. All items listed are inclusive of 5% VAT. All other possible surcharges are the responsibility of the customer. Should any such surcharges be applied, then the shipping provider will contact you for clearing them before releasing your order. If these are not paid it will cause the parcel to be returned to us at the customer’s cost.
Item prices may change at any time due to markdowns or price changes advised by the suppliers. Price changes can be permanent or temporary based on the market rates at that given time.
For additional services like Gift wraps or product customisation, there will be an additional charge to be paid by the customer while placing the order.
Product availability & quantity: All items ordered on our website are subject to availability and acceptance of such orders by us. If any item has been sold, out of stock or due to some reason cannot be added to your shopping cart, then these ar not available for sale at that moment. In such cases you can email us your query and interest about the particular item and we will work on processing your request as soon as the product can be made available.
Order limits may apply to some products based on its availability. However, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for big/bulk/multiple/repeated orders. We reserve the right to refuse at any moment in time, without prior notice, orders exceeding a certain number.
